The location proved perfect. access to the mall was quick, and many dining options were close. the room i booked included a terrace, which i found really good for watching the fountain show (i liked the evening shows). the staff was attentive. They promptly addressed all my requests.
upon arrival, i found the bathroom amenities quite basic. i thought a more comprehensive selection would suit this category of hotel.

the staff were warm and cute upon arrival. rakesh served me the type of grounded beans i like. this made a big difference to my mornings (especially the first coffee!). the service from the staff overall was great. i recommend this hotel highly.
the bathroom amenities were limited.

the reception team provided a late checkout until 4:30 pm. the staff members were consistently professional and helpful. housekeeping replenished amenities daily and even added a fruit plate after a small issue arose.

clean roomfountain shows
The housekeeping staff, especially Sarita Jahangir, kept the room very clean. The balcony view allowed us to watch the fountain shows each night. It was wonderful.. a magical experience.

The hotel connects directly to the mall, giving many dining options. Housekeeping kept every corner clean . I enjoyed watching the fountain shows from my air-conditioned room. The valet service team were always on their feet and very helpful.
